Join Terri (aka. The Wellbeing Witch) on an immersive forest-bathing experience at the beautiful Adel Woods. Forest bathing combines the wellbeing practices of mindfulness and time in nature to enable you to feel the benefits of slowing down, taking notice, witnessing the power of nature, and connecting with the natural world. This experience will involve a short walk over uneven ground so solid footwear and any mobility aids you require are recommended. Please check the weather on the day and dress comfortably to make the most of the experience.

The Wellbeing Witch) is passionate about wellbeing and personal development uses her Instagram presence (@thewellbeingwitch) to provide tips on how you can include these in your daily life. Terri adopts a holistic approach to wellbeing – incorporating all elements of health and happiness (physical, mental, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial etc) to give you the tools to develop your individual wellbeing.
