Self-friending Workshop

Are you critical of yourself? Do you give all your time to others and have none left for you? Start to become your own best friend through this 1-hour workshop. Terri (aka. The Wellbeing Witch) will take you through simple exercises to start being kinder to yourself, developing a relationship of compassion with you, and finding small ways to put yourself first without guilt. Check out Terri’s blog post here to get a taste of what this workshop is about
